Nongyao is a fake doctor who do an illegal abortion. She fosters Prakong and her daughter, Tubtim, and give her an assistant position. Run, a son of Nongyao, is a handsome young man who flirts with many girl. He always bring women to have an abortion. Tubtim doubts her mother's profession.
