Blue Light City.

Pink, the lieutenant for a powerful drug lord kills his cheating girlfriend's lover and puts a million dollar drug shipment in jeopardy. Things become more difficult for him when a dangerous killer just released from prison hires a reliable hit man to find Pink and kill him and there's nothing no one can do, not even Pink's brother who is one of the toughest cop in the city.
