Two brothers live in isolation in the forest. Their world is marked by blue ribbons tied to trees. Life is simple, and the brothers are still caught up in childhood, even though they are now adults. But on their way home through the forest, the brothers encounter something they have never seen before, and suddenly their world is turned upside down.
