The Voyeur 3.

After Zac, a voyeur, discovers that his tenant has set up hidden cameras in his apartment and is privy to his innermost secrets he must relocate to another part of the country and start over. However, old tricks die hard as he sets up more cameras in his new apartment complex and begins watching a new group of neighbors. But in the process of discovering some of his landlady's dirty little secrets, he also discovers that something far more sinister may be going on - and it may be too late to do anything about it.
