Vashawn Mitchell's spiritual second album focuses on the promises of God, and this live recording filmed at a Chicago performance captures the emotional depth and musical reach of the talented singer-songwriter at his best. Known for his distinctive lyrics, Mitchell wrote eight of the 11 tracks on the album. Highlights from the concert include a stirring version of "For My Good" and duets with special guests Kim Burrell and Angela Spivey.
