When Joe Montoya loses his wife in a gang related shooting – he vows to stop at nothing to exact his revenge on those responsible. While investigating his wife’s murder he discovers a whole community of people who the police have failed. In killing his wife, they created their worst nightmare. Suddenly the local gangsters start disappearing, the violence escalates and the police search for clues to stop this mayhem.
