Eli and Ruth are a survivalist couple living in the woods. One morning they encounter an unconscious man named Oswald and decide to bring him back to their camp where they can provide medical aid. When Oswald comes to he informs them they are in danger. He has encountered an ungodly creature in a cave and now it is coming for all of them.
