Despite having all the pleasures of life, Sheila feels lonely as her husband Vinod prefers his work over her, and stays out on official tours all the time. Sheila then gets into an illicit relationship with Mahesh. One day, when Vinod returns from his tour, he catches them red-handed. The couple gets into a fight and Mahesh accidentally kills Vinod. Things take a sharp turn when Vinod returns as a ghost to take revenge.
