Churrería Maravillas opens on New Year's Eve. Inés accepts the holiday shift because she can't afford anything else. Miguel, the owner, pushes the staff to their limits, stretching the business to the breaking point with improvised deliveries and workers without contracts. While the city celebrates, the night speeds up amidst oil, orders, and the general rush. Until something happens, forcing them to stop and revealing another question: How far must we dehumanize ourselves to survive in a place that no longer waits for anyone?
