Jeremiah Billings killed 9 members of his family and then himself in the creepy old house in Germantown. Now, 50 years later, his last remaining relative, Terry, has opened it as a boarding house, but what evil still lurks within its walls? When one of Terry's boarders kills himself in Jeremiah's old room, it starts a chain reaction, trapping everyone inside the house.
