Panchopalooza.

A loser is blackmailed by the police. A hitwoman finds an unlikely partner. Two thieves accidentally get their hands on a futuristic weapon. All of them coincide at a legendary party organized by an eccentric drug trafficker named Pancho and get entangled in an epic battle that goes a lot deeper than they could have imagined.
