The charismatic mayor rules with a firm hand and sets her own rules not only in the municipality, but also in the family. She is not afraid of risky investments, nosy journalists or not entirely competent officials. He pursues his son's attempts to marry Alina. The plan backfires when Wlodek - the frontman of the band Badylaże - shows up. Alina falls in love with him without memory, forgets about Paul and accepts a quick engagement. The acquaintance ends tragically....
