The mayor decides to build a school and a hospital, so he collects the necessary funds from the people, and sends his son Abdel Mawjoud, accompanied by Al-Dandarawi, to Cairo to meet Hamdi so that he can help them buy what they need. Hamdi and El-Dandarawi fall in love with their neighbor, Hamida, and Ghandour tries to convince her to work as a singer in his band, and he aspires to marry her.
