A young waiter starts working in a famous artists' cabaret and falls in love with the dancer working there. The more time he spends in the restaurant, the more he realizes that he has fallen in love with a person who he desires, but who does not exist. The longer he observes her world and her, the more he realizes how foreign she is becoming to him. Still, he can't let go and runs after a fixed idea of her.
