Against the Tide.

This small town has been corrupted by the Little family. In the slums of this town we find a homeless man named Kevin struggling to survive in the world but soon meets a woman who has fallen from the sky. Meanwhile Bobby Little goes insane after he is dumped by his girlfriend.
