Nurse Farrah, Nurse Black, Nurse Bobbi, and sexy Technician Fisher are all on notice that one or more many lose their jobs. And straight-shooting resident surgeon Dr. Russ may be replaced by a shaky handed so-called "sex change specialist" named Lesdick. Fibler may find out, however, that the top dogs in hospitals are the nurses.
