Andrea graduated from NIDA as an actor in 1985 and worked extensively in theatre, film, television and radio in Australia and overseas. On returning to Brisbane she developed her directing skills at QTC, where she was both Resident Director and Artistic Associate. Andrea has won many awards including London Monthly Best Actress, Edinburgh Fringe, 1991, Gold Matilda for direction of Venus in Fur an…d Matilda Best female actor for Switzerland. Andrea holds a doctorate in Creative Industries (QUT).
